Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from The Untamed Generation. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for store credit.

Please note: Refunds are issued as store credit only, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@theuntamedgeneration.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

What Items Can I Return?

We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. You can return most items within 30 days, as long as they are in their original condition.

Please review the following exceptions before making a return:

  • Final Sale items are non-returnable.
  • Hats are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

If any item is returned damaged, worn, or in unsuitable condition, we will not be able to issue store credit. All returns are inspected upon arrival.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@theuntamedgeneration.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Our team will provide detailed return instructions and a return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking information until your return is processed.

When Will I Receive My Store Credit?

Processing times can vary depending on your return courier and shipping time to our warehouse.

  • Refunds are issued only as store credit to be used on theuntamedgeneration.com.

  • For purchases made with part card / part gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

  • Store credit will be processed as soon as possible after your return is received and inspected.

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.

If You’ve Sent Us a Non–Untamed Generation Item

If you’ve accidentally returned something that isn’t from The Untamed Generation, we’ll do our best to help—but please note that we cannot guarantee its return. These items remain the responsibility of the sender.
