We’re a small business built on hard work, family values, and doing things the right way. Every order matters to us, and we appreciate your patience while we prepare your gear.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer—but we’ll always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection depends on package size, destination, and shipping method chosen.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

If you have a special shipping request or need help with an order, please reach out—we’re happy to help when possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

Untamed Generation is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Peak shipping seasons

If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us and we’ll assist you in working with the carrier.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
